The breakfast had a decent selection, including make-your-own waffles. The room cleanliness was lacking, with stains on the carpet. Parking was convenient and felt safe.

Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. The room had a strong odor and carpets seemed dirty. Breakfast area was well managed. Room maintenance definitely needs attention. Parking was ample and safe.

I appreciated how conveniently this place is positioned right off I-95, making it a fantastic stop for exploring nearby attractions like the Robeson County History Museum just over 3 km away, as well as Northeast Park less than 4 km away where you can stroll and enjoy nature; the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean with good amenities like a fridge and microwave, but it could benefit from some updates and better overall maintenance.

The swimming pool was an absolute blast! I loved lounging on the sun terrace soaking up the rays. The leisure room was perfect for winding down after a day of excitement!

The location is prime for anyone wanting to see the city. The breakfast was hearty and satisfied all our cravings.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but given the experience, it felt reasonable.

The front desk clerks were exceptional. Two young Black ladies at check-in and breakfast were particularly helpful. It's clear they care about their guests. Modern furnishings were nice, and WiFi worked well. Breakfast exceeded expectations. the rooms told a different story. Stained carpets, dusty surfaces, and uncomfortable pillows overshadowed the positives. The shower had peeling paint, no hot water, and a leaking sink. The thermostat situation needs attention too. Despite the friendly staff and decent breakfast, there is nothing here that would warrant a recommendation. A thorough cleaning and maintenance overhaul are desperately needed.

The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast has do-it-yourself waffles and a variety of coffees.
Some areas were not as clean as I hoped, like the carpets and corners.

Despite some cleanliness issues and maintenance needs, I appreciated the convenient location just four minutes from my work. The breakfast was a standout, with delicious biscuits and gravy.

The friendly staff made check-in smooth, and the clerk's dinner recommendation was spot-on. Unfortunately, the room on the top floor had no WiFi until 3:30 AM. Working in the lobby at 10 PM was less than ideal, especially without a desk chair. The door knob fell off—definitely inconvenient. I found no hair dryer, and having to ask for more towels for my family felt off. The carpet could use a good cleaning, and some spots looked worn. Despite its issues, the welcoming atmosphere kept the experience enjoyable.

The bathroom was a nightmare—leaky sink, cold showers, then suddenly scalding hot. I struggled with the water temperature forever. Plus, the carpets were gross and the bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed. Never staying here again!

Just a suitable option for a fleeting stay in Lumberton with outstanding value for money. The staff was welcoming.

The room had significant cleanliness issues, like stains on the rug and coffee marks on the counter. The bed felt uncomfortable, and the bedding did not provide the support expected. Temperature control was functional. Noise was a concern, as you could hear kids jumping in adjacent rooms, and foot traffic in the hallways was disruptive. The bathroom was disappointing, with an unclean tub and an open bar of soap left behind. One chair at the table was inadequate for two guests. There was potential here, but the room definitely needs more attention to detail.

During my recent stay at Country Inn, I encountered a mix of positives and negatives. One thing I appreciated was the comfortable room and the quiet environment, which made it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. the hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it a suitable spot for a quick overnight stop. there were some areas that could use improvement. The room had a noticeable moist smell, and the carpet had some unsightly stains. The in-room amenities like the microwave, fridge, and freezer were not operating correctly, leading to some inconvenience. The breakfast provided was underwhelming, with watered-down coffee and subpar food offerings. Unfortunately, we also encountered a roach in our room, which prompted us to leave immediately. On top of that, there were issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. One of the rooms I checked into had stained carpets, an uncleaned refrigerator, and overall lacked a professional touch. Even after requesting a room change, the conditions did not improve significantly. It was also challenging to deal with staff who seemed indifferent to these concerns. While the location and ease of parking were convenient, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired. If the hotel can address these issues and improve their overall standards, it could offer a much more enjoyable stay in the future.

After, catch a show at the Civic Center - a hub for exciting plays and concerts. Relax in the evening watching your favorite cable show.
My kids wished for a larger outdoor playground.

Convenient location for our band's show in North Myrtle Beach, and very accommodating staff. Our late arrival and disability needs were well taken care of. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

my first stay at Country Inn and it was a fantastic experience. the trendy decor and comfortable bed were highlights. I particularly enjoyed the ample Wi-Fi ports and stylish work desk. the staff was exceptionally friendly and well-trained, and the breakfast was decent with excellent coffee. I'm enthusiastic about staying at other properties in the chain.
not one thing 😊

From biking along the Riverwalk to catching our fave shows on the flat-screen TV, we were living our best life. The Carolina Civic Center had us vibing with epic concerts and plays. A teenage dream vacay!
Wish there was a more happening nightlife scene nearby for us young party animals.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location just off the highway, making it easy to access. The warm coffee/tea provided at check-in was a nice touch, adding a cozy welcome to the experience. Additionally, the friendly and polite staff made the check-in process quick and efficient.
There were several drawbacks to note. The room lacked basic toiletry items like shampoo and a hairdryer, which was inconvenient.

Location was convenient being close to the highway and with nearby restaurants for easy dining options. The pricing was fair and the staff was friendly during my Christmas stay, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The rooms lacked cleanliness, with issues ranging from uncleaned beds with hair to dusty coffee makers and an overall lack of attention to detail in room maintenance. the air conditioning in the room was ineffective, leading to uncomfortable sleeping conditions on top of questionable cleanliness standards.

I relaxed by the inviting lobby fireplace with a chilled drink, watched movies on flat-screen TVs, and explored nature near the hotel. Choice Hotels' network offers fabulous destinations. The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is close by.
My room was unfortunately missing a hair dryer and coffee maker, but the helpful staff provided them promptly.

The decor of the hotel was charming and made me feel right at home. The room had a cool style that I really liked. Randi at the front desk was a sweet and helpful young woman with a fun personality. The location right off I95 was convenient for our long drive from New York to Florida.
Slight concern about the cleanliness of the sheets and the possibility of bed bugs.
